Custom Printing & Embroidery: Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the minimum order for custom t-shirt printing?
At Pimp My Shirt, we have no minimum order quantity (MOQ). Whether you need a single custom-printed t-shirt for a gift or a bulk order of 500 for an event, we can accommodate your request using DTF (Direct to Film) DTG (Direct to Garment) or Embroidery.
2. How fast can I get custom clothing delivered in the UK?
We offer a 24-hour express production service. If you place your order by 4 PM on a weekday, we can print and dispatch your items within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 working days.
3. Which is better for my logo: printing or embroidery?
Embroidery is best for a professional, long-lasting finish on polo shirts, hoodies, and workwear. It is highly durable and handles repeated washing well.
Printing (Screen or Digital) is ideal for large designs, vibrant colors, and lightweight t-shirts where a flat, soft-hand feel is preferred.
4. Do you offer eco-friendly or organic clothing options?
Yes. We supply ethically sourced and sustainable brands like Stanley/Stella and B&C Collection. Our range includes GOTS-certified organic cotton and recycled polyester options to ensure your custom merch has a low environmental impact.
5. What file format do I need for my artwork?
For the highest quality results, we recommend vector files (PDF, EPS, or AI). If you are uploading a bitmap image (JPEG or PNG), ensure it is at least 300 DPI at the actual print size to avoid pixelation.
6. Can I see a preview of my design before I buy?
Absolutely. You can use our Online Designer tool to upload your artwork, position it on your chosen garment, and see an instant digital mock-up before completing your order.
